Cpt. Miltiadis Tsagarakis - Chairman
Cpt. Miltiadis Tsagarakis, our esteemed Chairman, is one of the most experienced professionals in aviation and airline operations. For many years, he served as the CEO of Olympic Airways and Olympic Aviation while also fulfilling his role as a pilot. Under his exceptional management, both companies experienced remarkable success and significant profits. As a highly skilled and dedicated training pilot, Cpt.Tsagarakis provided guidance and instruction on various aircraft types, including B737, B747, Airbus 340, and government aircraft like the Falcon. Furthermore, he had the honour of serving as the personal pilot for numerous prime ministers, state officials, and high-profile individuals. Cpt.Tsagarakis is a true aviation expert, and his leadership as Chairman is instrumental in shaping the success of Phaethon Aero.

Cpt. Nikolaos Tsagarakis - CEO
Cpt. Nikolaos Tsagarakis, son of Cpt. Miltiadis Tsagarakis, is the CEO of Phaethon Aero. With a wealth of knowledge and experience acquired from various managerial positions at Olympic Airlines, Sky Express, Minoan Airways, and more, Cpt. Nikolaos Tsagarakis brings a deep understanding of the industry to his role.
He has extensive on-the-job experience in ACMI operations worldwide, demonstrating his commitment to delivering exceptional services. Cpt. Nikolaos Tsagarakis holds a master’s degree in Aviation Business Administration and continuously updates his knowledge through aviation seminars and conferences. His dynamic leadership and strategic vision drive the growth and success of Phaethon Aero.

Cpt. Christis Vlademirou - Training and Strategy Expert
Cpt. Christis Vlademirou is a highly experienced captain and TREI/TRE in Airbus A320 Family and Boeing 737 NG. With extensive knowledge and expertise in training and schedule strategy, Cpt. Vlademirou plays a pivotal role in enhancing our training programs and optimizing our operational schedules.
His profound understanding of aviation regulations, crew management, and training methodologies allows us to deliver top-notch training to our flight and cabin crews. Cpt. Vlademirou’s strategic insights and expertise contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and the overall success of Phaethon Aero.
Mr. Asif Hussain - Vice President of Operations Control Center and Commercial Department
Mr. Asif Hussain is an expert in Operations Control and Commercial for ACMI and charter operations. With a long-time experience in the GCC, Africa and Asia working with recognized Airlines on airline commercial operations, he brings invaluable expertise to his role as the Vice President of Operations Control Center and Commercial Department.
Mr. Hussain has played a crucial role in optimising operational efficiency and his experience has allowed to effectively lead teams and deliver exceptional results beyond for various airlines. His in-depth understanding and experience in the industry, coupled with his commitment to excellence, ensures that our operations and commercial activities runs smoothly and effectively.
